Josh has been our top designer for the last three years, a graduate from the University of Tampa, is one of the top talents in Florida.

His skills on 3d design allows us to envision our projects from anywhere inside and out.

Jim is our most qualified Production Specialist for the last five years, a graduate from the University of California in addition he is our Cad Manager and a specialist in all BIM software.

Avelino R. Leoncio, R.A. is the Vice President and Managing Partner of ALS DESIGN STUDIOS, LLC. 

He started this firm with his partner Albert Banos Ferro, ADIII. a professional relationship of over 35 years.
His vast experience of over three decades of in Architecture and Construction establishes him as one the most knowledgeable, talented and seasoned Architects in Florida.  
Mr. Leoncio received his education in Architecture at the University of Miami in Florida earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
He became a Registered Architect in Florida in 1983 and he is also a State Certified General Contractor.
He has been involved in several major multi residential, shopping centers, restaurants and over two million square feet of tilt up structures for various retail and industrial use.

With over three decades architectural design experience, Albert Banos Ferro is the Senior Managing Partner and founder of ALS DESIGN STUDIOS LLC.
His vast amount of creativity and design talent and overall knowledge of Architecture and Construction experience brings to the firm its solid foundation.
His portfolio of his main body of work displays some of the most prestigious major projects and landmarks throughout the United States and abroad.
Mr. Banos Ferro received his education in at Florida International University, Miami, and Fl. earning his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
He is a family man, married over thirty years and has two sons.
He resides in Winter Park, Florida after relocating from South Florida twenty years ago.

We have offices in Miami as well as in our headquarters in Central Florida and are licensed in several states in the US.
